Do you have a catalog?
No.  Companies which provide full catalogs sometimes have had to inflate prices to allow for the continual increases in material and labor costs.
At American Label, we supply our customers exactly what they want, when they want it, and with the best possible pricing.

Do you have my order already in inventory?
No. With the exception of dialysis labels, all labels are custom manufactured when ordered.

How much will my order cost?
Several factors are necessary to estimate costs. Finished size, type of materials used, number of colors printed, and finally total quantity ordered. As quantity increases, the per unit cost decreases. Please call for a firm quote. See Quote page.  

How do I know what my finished label or tag will look?
After receipt of your order, we will email or fax proof that shows exactly the size, positioning of graphics,  color breaks, type style, etc. of your project. Most jobs are proofed within 72 hours.

Die cut, butt cut, wind direction, etc., I don’t understand. Can you help me?
Absolutely, see  Label Terminology  page or call customer service anytime during business hours. 

How long does it take to get my order?
Most jobs are shipped approximately 1 week after ok of proof. Please call for a firm ship date on your particular request. We ship UPS ground unless otherwise specified.

How do I pay for my order?
Our terms are net 30 upon credit approval. See  Credit Application  to apply for credit. To expedite the processing of your order, we also accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Allow an extra week for processing your order when paying with personal or company check with first order. Sorry, no COD orders.
